In this role you will work with our nonprofit clients to empower them to use the MISSION CRM system and to work with them along the way as they need technical support. We're seeking an individual who is enthusiastic to deliver training and motivated to resolve technical issues, work collectively with colleagues and managers, and to create a stellar technical support experience for our clients.

  • Provide training to client end-users in-person and via webinars as part of our onboarding process
  • Monitor, manage, and investigate client reported issues with the goal to deliver quality solutions to our clients
  • Partner with development for resolution of client reported issues as necessary
  • Contribute to support knowledge base and online client community
  • Strong focus in providing high quality customer experiences
  • Bring a smile and a can-do attitude to clients every day


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, managers, and executives on technical and business issues
  • Experience providing high quality customer support in an environment where reliability and punctuality are highly valued
  • Strong organizational, project management, and negotiation skills
  • Background working with nonprofits is an asset
